I need to modify default.php under Mod_footer and I can’t find this folder in JA Puresite, where is it? :-*

The flow works like this Joomla core file>jat3 plugin file>templates html file.

So following that through backwards if you cannot see a mod_footer in the templates html file look in the plugins folder located at plugins.system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/html where you will find your mod_footer folder and copy this to the temlpates html folder making your final modifications there. Doing it this way will ensure that if you update the jat3 plugin your changes will not be lost.
