i keep getting this error although mod security was disabled on the server end, hours ago. error message below:

Joomla Login Temporarily Disabled

Due to a high number of failed login attempts, access to /administrator/index.php has been blocked by Mod Security.

Hi
In this case, i suggest you submit a ticket to your hosting Provider so that they can check fix this issue for you.It happened when a lot of wrong attempts on the admin panel login as u can see here
