    Hi guys,
    see http://iphone-reparatur-muenchen.de/ on iPhone 4 or any other iPhone.
    First it was not possible to disable the iPhone template. My programmer has changed it manually but now we have the problem that the resizing to iPhone screen does not work. The template is wider than the iPhone screen, means right and left sidebar is hidden.
    Question: what to do that the template is displayed correctly on iPhone.

    cheers

    Hi Martin,

    When I view your site in iPhone, it’s showing default layout as desktop view. How do you want it should be?

    Hi Saguaros,
    you may see the default layout but the left and right sidebar is cut off. I want the template to be displayed including both sidebars or rather the whole width of the template.

    thanx and cheers martin

    Hi saminora,

    Which sidebars are you mentioning? I see your site look exactly the same as it viewed in desktop

    Dont know why, but now the view changed: see at http://www.testiphone.com/
    Domain: http://www.iphone-reparatur-muenchen.de
    Result: the top left quarter is shown (I’d like the whole template to be seen)

    Hi

    Try to open file: templatesja_puresiteblockshead.php

    Remove this code:

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=3.0, user-scalable=yes"/>
    <meta name="HandheldFriendly" content="true" />

    Then clean JAT3 cache.

    sorry to bother you again, but in my case the two sidebars (left and right) are cut off. There must be a way to see the whole template.

    Hi Saguaros,
    I’ve sent you the account datas at least one week ago. Have you not received them?

    HI saminora,

    My inbox got full and somehow I missed your message.

    I spent much of time to check your issue and the problem is that you add this line of code:

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=0.5" />

    into pluginssystemjat3jat3base-themesdefaultpagedefault.php – the base file of T3 framework.

    I just removed it for you and it works fine now.

    Please have a look at this and let me know if this helps.
