For some reason mobile devices get the mobile site when they go to:

company.com

But they get the full site on the same device when they go to

http://www.company.com

Is there a way to fix this?

You mean when mobile devices access to your site and it shows mobile layout, right?

I have checked http://www.company.com but this is not our JA Template and very difficult for us if you want to this without JA Template and out of scope for JA Support
