The JA Slideshow II module is not there in the download.
But in the template info its said to be included in the complementary extensions.

Either include it in the download or remove it from the complementary extensions list.

Hello,

Our JA Slideshow II is one of our extensions listed in our JAEC club. However, it is used as complimentary Extensions many template such as JA Methys so that you can download the latest version from this template under your JATC Standard Membership permission without paying any extra charge.

For JA Mendozite template, it is using JA Slideshow lite, not JA slideshow II. We will update its release page soon: http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-mendozite
