I use Zeolite II template,
Wher can I find the source/HTML page to put in the “<meta name=”google-site-verification”

layoutsblockshead.php has a statement at the beginning
<jdoc:include type=”head” />
which says to the template to render the content of the style, script and meta elements associated with the current page.

So, I think you could try to include your <meta …> right before that line (1st line).
