Hi Support,

Why do you always convert the menu title to uppercase? If we want to use uppercase, we can easily use uppercase when we type the menu name. But it is extra work to convert back from uppercase to none.

Can you take this as a suggestion for your future release? I think you will have less question to answer too.

As you mentioned, it is relatively easy to change the case of the menu items to upper/lower case as you personally wish. However, if the JA Developers were to start using lowercase for the menu items, how long do you think it would be until someone requested that uppercase be the default.

Unfortunately, it has to be one way or the other. It really is not a whole lot of “extra work” to customize it as you want.
