I get the problem with JA Brisk 1.0 stable on my localhost.
When i resize windows to mobile screen size, click on menu icon to open it, then click again to close it, can not open it again. And when resize window to desktop size, menu gone away.

I see the same issue with demo site here: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#joomla25-templates.joomlart.com/ja_brisk

Please check on this.
