this template is based on older JAT3v2 framework , that does not have feature like latest T3 to apply custom classes .
I tried to make it possible for you if it helps .
Add below code at the end of template.css file

.ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.mega.last a.mega {padding-left:200px!important;}

save file clean cache and check.
This change does not work for child menu , because if it apply it move all other child items due to same class used for all items .
