I trust you are working hard to make things work out, another issue which I am unsure if it too concerns conflicts with Joomla 3.7:

• AddThis script doesn’t show in article view.

Another Issue found: Video Page Setup isn’t working, shows HTTP ERROR 500

(menu item 166 in case you want to check it on my website – I have unpublished it)

Should I put this issue in a different post?

I have created a fresh install of the website.
Installed ONLY JA template and related components.
Menu does not show!

Hello

Problem is due to your logo image covering megamenu block, i added to your custom.css file

.logo-image .logo-img {
  max-width:60%;
}

and now megamenu is correctly showing
