Greetings,

I’m creating a new website in English and Portuguese. I’ve installed the Quickstart, but I haven’t installed the demo content, so only the template and extensions should have been installed.

http://2017.sdbwf.org/index.php/en/ – Works correctly
http://2017.sdbwf.org/index.php/pt/ – The Menu is underneath the acm-topbar.

Both menu items are using a local copy (not modified) of the home-demo layout.

OFF TOPIC SUGGESTION:
In Joomla Quickstart installer add an option to choose which layout you want the demo data for.
I’ve deleted most modules in order to make things easier to manage modules.

1. You forgot to assign the module ACM header to menu “Main Menu pt-BR”, so it caused the issue. I fixed this for you

2. When you install the Sample Data, you will have option to install the demo data you want (Business, Corporate, etc.). You can check the installation documentation for more information about this
