    Items are not jumped , its because in the Leading sidebar , the items are more that create the height difference .
    The module publish has more height .

    You can not fix it , since it normal when the height is more it will show space you have to use less items or low height module in the leading sidebar .

    The top part is divided in two containers , because the right side having more item it has more height .
