Hi,

I have Update-ed my site recently to JA_Anion template, and pretty much everything is OK except I can’t find how to make Mainbody (Frontpage, *Latest reviews section in demo*) articles to be like in Demo?
Somehow they are gone when I disable JA News 1.3.1 that comes with JA_Teline II Template?? *And I Had Ja_Lead before, not Ja_Teline*

After like 3 days of waiting this is what I get from Joomlart Support:

Module position Guide? Are You joking? What am I going to do with it? This support is too bad.
I’m waiting like 3 days and you tell me “Follow the module position guide”???
Which module do I need, In which position, cause I don’t have MAINBODY position like Your module position guide is telling me…??? And this one also http://template15.joomlart.com/ja_anion/?tp=1

What is happening to the support??

Why don’t you install the quickstart package if you desire a setup exactly like in the demo? I believe the setup is based on K2, and it’s not obvious to expect K2 support from Joomlart, IMHO.

Why don’t I install the quickstart package? Beacuse I already had JA_Lead Template, and I can’t start from the beginning. I just need to know which module is in Mainbody, under Content slide, in which Frontpage articles are displayed like in Demo? Is that so hard?
And I think it has nothing to do with K2…

It’s quite difficult to guess the problem with your site. First, please make sure that you install JA T3 System plugin. It’s required to make such T3v2 templates work (JA T3 Blank, JA Anion, JA Droid, JA Social, …). If the problem still cannot be fixed, please PM us more informaiton about your site (site url, admin access, ftp access) so we could make a deeper inverstigation.

I have installed the JAT3 plugin. I have installed all the plugins and extensions that came with JA_Anion. I will provide Info, cause I don’t have a clue.

SOLVED! by technical support!

“Dear mikac,

Your front-page did not display any articles that was published because on the setting section of the Home menu item you enter the # Leading as well as the # Intro field to 0. ”
