Similar threads are very old but it seems close to this for joomla 1.6

but I am running J!3.3.6 with uber 1.0
cloaking is enabled

I am on localhost.
haven’t turned off developer mode yet but would think it would not be caching in dev mode.

I will also examine in article content.

Have you tried to enable “Prepare Content” >> http://prntscr.com/54ux4n ?

Also, can you let me know
1. Your concern by screenshot with description
2. How you want to achieve by screenshot with description
3. How can I re-produce your issue at my end (as your site is offline)
