the css styling of EasyBlog rating is broken
when you template is set as a default the frontpage slider does not work.
For some reason i can’t access your support system. I tried two times but there was some error (504 or something like that)

There 4 questions of you I’d like to answer in detail as follows:
1. the css styling of EasyBlog rating is broken
2. when you template is set as a default the frontpage slider does not work.Yes. These two issues sometime happen when viewer accesses the website at the first time. I guess there is a problem of System cache handling on your website. If you can send me the admin url of the site, I will help you to check these issue more carefully and give you any suggestions then.
3. One more bug – the social share buttons are not available!
You can go to Module Manager to make sure the a Custom HTML module (named Social as default) at followus position to be enabled and assigned to all menu item pages. You can create a new module with AddThis embed codes if the module doesn’t exist on your website (maybe you don’t install our sample data).
4. For some reason i can’t access your support system. I tried two times but there was some error (504 or something like that)
This issue maybe happens to JA members due to our recent ticket support system maintenance. Well, can you try to clear browser cache and create new ticket again at http://support.joomlart.com/ before I ask our system admin to check our support system again ?

Thank you for sending the video about your EasyBlog issue and recent ticket I have received in our ticket system. I confirmed that I saw the problem on your site.
I need more time to check out the customized EasyBlog layout of JA Magz and this component’s default template to find the root of this rating issue.
Not sure totally, however it seems that the rating bar inside the EasyBlog posts on our template demo doesn’t work correctly now. I will check it to make sure that any required backend settings should be enabled or it is a real issue we need to fix. Thank you !

Apologise for this late response from us.
Our team member has replied to your ticket ID#WIO-519-38351. He also checked your site: http://eu-bloger.eu/ and found problems from js file (please see the screenshot for reference: http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/834/7405932771.jpg)
He did try to access your site back-end and FTP account you provided, but it seems you have those deactivated. Kindly help to resend us such credentials for our troubleshooting.
