Hello, is anyone can develope joomla component like this one?

As i know got 1 component long time ago called peoplebook but its only support until joomla version 1.5 only. Is anyone can develope it please reply or pm me, thanks.

Hi

Just my idea about your post

It seems that is a simple custom-html with a table inside it pointing links to a specific custom page where there are user info and a sidebar menu

Or there is already a component for it take a look HERE
