Hi,
Is it possible on this theme to have the logo transition to a smaller icon and the main menu follow the user when they scroll down the page? If so, how would we accomplish this?

Hi
For this, you have to do custom work in the header.php file to apply this effect.
You can apply java scripts and copy the style from example site using firebug http://prntscr.com/f4o2et .
If you are not familiar with custom work in PHP and JS i suggest you hire a developer for this.
Such personal custom work is out of JA Support scope.
