Please, when user enters wrong username and password or empty username or password it redirects them to “Cannot open file for writing log” Please try one of the following pages: (Homepage). What i expect is it to take them to

Warning

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

Please, what can i do to resolve this?

You should correct the log path and tmp path for your Joomla! site, the solution for this case can be found here
