Where can I find the local css folder on local installation. At the moment I am working with an local installation and the local folder is missing. After migration to the server the local folder exists. Right now I am working with a custom.css, but after going online the site uses the css/local. Quite confusing. Can I create this css/local also on my local installation? I want to use parts of my local/css of the site online.

Hi
Local folder is used only to create an override of template files, like css and /html /tpls folder.
If you are using custom.css you can use it,
Use local folder only when u need to create override of core files like template.css file or from /html or tpls folder.
