For your idea, please open modulesmod_janewslighttmpldefault.php file, at about line 27, find following code:

echo “<a href=”$link” class=”ja-newstitle” title=””.$row->title.””>{$row->title}</a>n”;

and change to:

echo “{$row->title}n”;
