I added a menu module in the sidebar-1 position using the “main menu”. When it loads, it does not show the subitems, it only shows if I mouse over them. I want them to always be visible. I have the Start Level at 1 and End at All. The “Show Sub-menu Items”is on. I’m using Joomla 3.2.3 and Purity III v 1.0.1

@yzpmpgq: I’m wondering why you remove that great effect as when you have so many sub-menu items in your site, the menu will not look nice.

If you still want to achieve that you should customize style of this Purity III template for that menu module. By default, the ‘Main menu’ module has class suffix ‘_menu‘, you can add your own class suffix and style for it.
