Hi Everyone

This is a question on behalf of Victor, one of our French speaking users.

What he would really like is ‘headlines’ of new stories to appear as ‘scrolling headlines’ across the top of his page, something like the BBC News website:

If anyone has any ideas that I can translate into French!

He’s using a combination of Teline II and Joomla 1.0.x

Menalto,

It is not ticker, but a potential alterantive.

I thought Joomlart already has some modules that will flash some sections, like the Newsflash? I saw that feature in some of the templates. How difficult would it be to package it as independent extension?
