why is the template in vietnamese ? is their an english version – is there is an easy way to change it. i have changed the language setting to english but the titles and articles in vientnamese

On my install of this template it is in English. Maybe, are you mistaking the filler content that is in Latin (the Lorem Ipsum) to be Vientnamese?
