It seems that when I use IE8 the menu drop down becomes transparent. I just wanted to post this for future reference even though IE8 is still beta, just in case anyone is wondering the menu is fine with previous stable versions.

May 24, 2009 at 4:29 am #305718Has anyone resolved the IE8 Menu problem? The transparency only seems to only be an issue on page that have the slideshow2 turned on.

May 24, 2009 at 6:10 am #305727to add the IE8 compatability code to the first line in the head of your index.php to see if this corrects things until a fix is found

May 24, 2009 at 9:50 am #305743This extension helped with a menu problem I had with Zebrina. The menu seems to split appart when IE8 not runs in compatibility mode. Maybe you have some use for it.
