Hi guys,

I’ve disabled all my main menu items so that the main menu ‘dissapears’. This is for design purposes (I’m rather using a sidebar navigation module).

I’m getting the following JS error on all my pages (found using Firefox webmaster toolbar):

Error: $(“ja-mainnav”).getElement is not a function Source File on line 257

I’d like to resolve this as I’ve heard it could cause a variety of issues down the track.

Please can someone suggest how I can eliminate this error message?

If you want to make main menu disappears, you login backend > extensions > template manager > ja_social > layout tab > edit default layout > remove the code
