We had no problems with the template JAMINISITE can not create three columns on the website, we have created 3 tickets:

View Ticket: #HVT-936-48079

no response and no solution or received!
we have paid for support for 1 year and not this compliance to Joomlart!
What is the problem?

I’m really for any late responses in your tickets because we have just come back from summer vacation. I’ve requested people in charge to reply you in those tickets asap to get issues resolved soon for you.
