I just installed this the quick start version to test the new template and this error shows up. Prevents from addition of users and updated any menu items and articles.
the configuration.php has permissions for read, write and execute.
hosted at godaddy.com

Any assistance or idea on how to resolve this issue??? thanks

I tested with download package and could not duplicate the same error on your site. Please download quickstart package again and let me know if you still error.

Hi,

Did you try to change the template name – ja_university to another name.some times it happen when you trying to change the name to yours.and also check what is the default template selected in the template manager.
