I have downloaded JA Builder as part of my package with Jomsocial. I am unable to login into the pro version using my Jomsocial credentials, I am using the correct name and password.

Hi,

The Builder login form only accept password withou special characters. You might want to do a password reset and choose a new password with only normal characters and numbers to see if works.
Remember to clear your browser cache before you try using the new password too.
