When i in the public mode

every time loading homepage cost 2-3 second

When i log in (member or admin)

every time loading homepage cost 6-10 second

Any idea?

Can you post the live url / link to your site here?

At the same time you can run your site through http://analyze.websiteoptimization.com . This will give you fair idea about your site loading stats and probable problems.
