I don’t understand how I can put images on the top of the title!

Example:

Title
Description

Can you please give me a solution?

Please view image attachment for detail. in janewsmoo module you must config it like in image :

HI! The configuration is ok!
I have another question!
When I edit a news where i must put the image (example sam-10.jpg) for have this solution:
