How can I change the order of the categories in Janews pro module?
If I try to change the order of the category (in category manager), nothing change in frontend.

Website with Jateline IV (T3v2) and Joomla 3.4.3

Please let me know.

Try ordering your selected categories in the News pro module itself as you wish them to appear and set Categories sorted by to Ordering Ascending and Yes to Group by Subcategory.
