Please note JA Extension Manager only update the JA Extensions and templates.

oh sorry, I think it can to update all the extensions, if kunena and k2 including part of ja extension ?, how to update extension from another source

Hi
Kunena and K2 are not our product, so you have to update them manually from Joomla install or you can check it directly from respective support for live updates of their extensions.
