In JA Teline one can change the menu type so easily in the line
$ja_menutype = 3; // 1: Split Menu; 2: Son of Suckerfish Dropdown Menu; 3: Transmenu; 4: Dropline menu

How about in JA_Teline II????

If you are using Joomla 1.5:

In Admin, select “Extensions” –> “Template Manager”

On the right hand side in “Parameters” you have a drop down menu for “Menu Module” you can select the menu type there.
