Hi stefanuk!
Here is how to change the existing Main Menu module (vertical format, left) to a drop-down horizontal menu:

– Module Manager > Main Menu:

1) Position: hornav
2) Menu Style > List
3) Module Parameters > Always show sub-menu Items > Yes
4) Advanced Parameters > Module Class Suffix > _menu <<<note the underscore! <<<
5) Other Parameters > from top to bottom (first 6 items): No > Left > No > Yes > No > Yes

…then save
