hello all,
i buy a few weeks ago the ja_nuevo template.
first i use joomla 2.5 but its to old from the structure
now i use the joomla 3.3.3 version and the ja_nuevo template.
i delete all from the ftp account and the old datdabase.
i install all new!
– component i install 1 zipfile
– module i install 4 zipfiles
– plugin i install 3 zipfiles
– quickstart i install 1 zipfile
– template i install 1 zipfile

but now there are now silderimages and all other images and txt and the complete navigation is missing.
whitch file.zip i forgot to upload? plugins?
what can i do?

If There is no need to install all module and plugin if you are using a Quickstart package .
Do this
Download a fresh quickstart for joomla 3.3 .
Install it with sample data on a fresh database .

Hello Mahu
Quickstart will work if you install SAMPLE DATA with it .
If there is no sample data then it will show you normal template install.
Download a fresh quickstart for joomla 3.3 .
Install it with sample data on a fresh database .

but i install a Joomla 3.3 Core Version.
WITH sample data!!
i dont want to make all new!
is there any other solution?
is ist possible to make an mistake in the backend?

Hi if you want do not want to install sample data with fresh installation and want to make site same like demo , in that case you need to create each module and styles as per template documentation , If you will install fresh quickstart with sample data then everything is prebuilt same like demo.

I don`t want anything ,, i am just helping you so that you can do it in easy way .
As i mentioned in my previous posts ..
If you want to site same like demo .either you need to install the Quickstart package with SAMPLE DATA . by reading the instructions that i provided above .
If you want to do not want new installtion in that case you need to setup every module and extension your self with the help you Template user guide .
If you want us to install Quikstart you can buy it from this page . We will setup you a site same like demo.

i buy on 20.8 this one JATC standard membership 03 months ($59)
and yesterday i delete all files from the webspace and i delete the mysqldatabase.
then i download a new version from joomla and alle nuevo files from the downloadpage after membership login.
thne i send all joomla files to the webspace and start the installation.
after this i install the nuevo quickstart/jatc_nuevo_j33.zip
affter this the site didnt work.
after this i install all oter files from the nuevo template
– component i install 1 zipfile
– module i install 4 zipfiles
– plugin i install 3 zipfiles
– template i install 1 zipfile
and now it also didnt work.

1. First you installed quikstart package ,but it seems you have not installed sample data
2. after quikstart package you installed component module , i am not sure what exactly you done .
Try the solution i suggested above with help of user guide that i mentioned in above post .

Install it with default sample data radio button option .If you select “None”, you will have a fresh joomla site. so please install sample data with it .

Please install only quickstart . not all other items , as i mentioned many times in above threads .
Do that i told you in above threads , without it you can not make site like demo in first installation . You can contact to your developer to install it as per user guide
Or If you want us to install quickstart package you can subscribe our installation service from this page .
