What position do I publish my main menu to in order for it to appear on the top of the page?

You can see the top menu in my live site here (published on ja-purity to hornav) here:
    http://www.nesurf.com/

You can see my wistery test page with no menu here:

I’ve tried publishing it to every position available but it won’t show up.

Not completely sure but try this

Go to your admin Control Panel
    Go to template manager
    Click JA Wistery
At the right, under Parameters, Make sure your Menu Type is set correctly to the menu you want.

Thanks but that was already in the user guide and changes nothing since the “menu” can’t pick up the menu items out of thin air…

So I ask again, what position is your topmenu published to in Ja-Wistery?

Never mind, I figured it out…
For those of you with the same problem the menu displayed will always and only be the one designated as Type mainmenu in Menu Manager.
For those in charge of the User Guide: you might want to state that explicitly.
