Which IE version you are using ?
And … which module you are mentioned ? Because in my side tested with IE9 compare with FF8 , displayed same of layout.

Got it,
As i can see , your website on IE have a bit trouble ( prev time checked i don’t see ).
And somehow css file for widiget is not loaded on IE

http://www.digifoto.cz/components/com_javoice/asset/css/ja.widget.css

I could try it by apply css code from this into template.css. Please update me w/ your FTP access.
