Hi,JA vintas Template Quickstar does not work after unzip step, http://www.mydomain.com/installation/index.php show empty , I have try the other template (JA_social) is work, i guess the files is broke, please help check. Thanks!

I have try different host, then JA vintas installation step is work, so the problem depend the host , thanks

I find out the reason , it’s some template’s joomla version is not work in PHP 7 version, so I have to installation in PHP5.6 host. Thanks

Hi
The JA Vintas is an older template and the Joomla version installed in the package is not ready for the PHP7. This is the reason you are facing this issue.
I suggest you to use the compatible version as the older version of Joomla does not support the PHP7.
