Hi,
I’ve recently installed JA Teline III with all of its extensions. Everything seems great ’til i’ve tried putting some articles with pictures. The thumbnail doesn’t work, i guess, as it should because althought i’ve put up six article in 6 categories in 3 sections (2 each), the thumbnail doesn’t (to avoid said never) show the thumbnail of the REAL picture i’ve put up in the article? How is that?
Can i have some help? Also to add my own section on the frontpage as it Health for exemple ? Althought i’ve created 3 section they don’t show on the front page. How so?
The website : http://www.rdfaenligne.com
Thank you for your help.

January 20, 2010 at 11:20 pm #329895I have about 2 weeks experience with Joomla and went therough the same issues. The new sections that you created need 2 things in order to display- in the section manager click on the section name, then in the control screen that opens, select the Front Page button , and also click the Publish button. Then save and look at the section name again in the list to make sure its front page and published.

January 21, 2010 at 6:34 pm #329998Hi,
Finaly for the thumbnail issue, it was a directory issu. The directories can’t have “.” (article.canada) it should be fullnames (articlenanada) so that the rewriting of the plugin doens’t get mess up.
Thank you.
