Hello,
I added the JA Masshead module to two pages on my website and the Masthead is not displaying on either page. I’m not sure if there is a cache issue with this template or with T3 but I keep running into issue while developing the site where when items are added on the backend they are not displaying on the front end of the site.
All settings for the JA Masshead module follow the instructions to the letter. The module has a public access level and it has been assigned to the two menu items in which it is to appear. I followed format 2 (see below) while configuring this module.
[Masshead Itemid="page_id_1,page_id_2,..." title="Title" ]Description here[/Masshead]
Please help me identify the issue that is causing this module to not display on the front end.

I fixed it directly on your site , the position block is not defined in the layout file , I added it .

Do the same for other layout if u want to add it .
+ the image you are using does not exist on your server , i added a demo image for contact page . you can check it now its working fine > http://prntscr.com/85hmg1
