Hi,

I have slideshow lite installed on my site:

http://tuinhuizenfabrikant.be/en/ecoline

in the left navigation you have different types of garden houses. On these pages I have two different locations where the slideshow is loaded. The banner on top and below the frame with the product info, where it says "click here for the action plan". Sometimes the slideshows don’t appear on some of the pages, while other pages still show them. I thought it would be a cache problem so i disabled it, but this didn’t help.

Do you know how to fix this?

Hi Ninja lead,

You now have access to the site. I added screenshots to show where you can find the different slideshow positions. All these positions tend to dissapear or show blanc from time to time. When you go to gamma, (or english: products) you can choose from the vertical navigation on the left. When the problem occures , some of the pages don’t show any slideshow, while other pages function as they should.

For example, this page doesn’t show any slideshow for the moment:

while this one shows all of them:

Not really, it appears from time to time. Do you have like a checklist what could be possible causes? So I can try them and see if the problem stays away.

Hi,

Yes sorry for that, we allready received spam mails on the site, so we turned off access for some parts of the world. I’m doing some modifications right now and I turned on the cache, so you might not see the problem now. So it might be a cache problem , but I’ve allready tried putting caching of in the modules, but that didn’t help.

I’ll let you know when you can access the site again with caching enabled! Then you can check again.
