    In my JA slideshow module I have 3 graphics with a title, description and link

    I’ve set my JA slideshow to auto and repeat however IN IE it doesn’t repeat

    in Chrome: it’s scrolling through 5 photos! … one with a desciption of 222 … where is this pulling from??

    In both browsers .. links dont work

    Can someone tell me what’s happening with my Slideshow please?

    @sebbs,

    You are using the old version (2.6.1) of JA Slideshow module, pls update to latest version (2.7.2) via JAEM then let me know how it goes.

    Remember to backup your site before updating.

    Where do I find the updated JA Slideshow version, do I download this :

    For our JA Extensions, you need to update them via our JAEM component. Pls follow below guide to solve your issue & update our extensions:

    But make sure that you have configured the JAEM component in the right way first.

    If you are not able to do this, pls backup your site first then let me know, I will update it for you.

    Nazario … went through the steps in the first link you gave me (thank you btw!) and after clicking the checkbox beside “JA Slideshow Module for J25 & J33 ” I got the following error:

    Update path does not exist

    Message

    Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_.

    @sebbs,

    I have just updated JA Slideshow module for you. Now, it is working fine.

    For update version of JA Extension, you need go to the JA Extension Manager (JAEM) component.

    Let me know if you need further help.
