I am trying to work on the Ja Nuevo template on XAMPP, but the install process starts and then suddenly stops. The exact same process I’ve used twice with the Joomla! 3.7.5 Full Package is working. Help much appreciated.

Hi,

It’s weird, I tried to install template with xampp in PC of my colleagues but it works properly.

Could you try to upload to a live server so I can check for you?
