1) How can you have by default the Show User Settings Tool bar hide, for all users, and all visible categories (to check on)
2) Because attachements are not visible in the articles but in toltips

I would like every user to see
Section (1 )________________________( No Setting)
Category 1 – Category 2 – Category 3
Category 4 – Category 5 ………………..
Section (2 )________________________( No Setting)
Category 1 – Category 2 – Category 3
Category 4 – Category 5 ………………..
Section (3 )________________________( No Setting)
Category 1 – Category 2 – Category 3
Category 4 – Category 5 ………………..

That all sections and categories without having to make the setting (Check All)
