You have to create another module for ar language snd publish it for ar menu items. Also use different template style for ar menu items.

you configured the module in an incorrect format so its not showing.
I created a new module with name test and added an example how to configure it and you can see its woking fine http://prntscr.com/dp4t4f

Example:
