Whenever I have the sidemenu enabled with proper FA icons, long menu names wrap to the bottom and display in the icon only view.
How do I prevent this?

Menu Name Example: Department Directories

The side menu does not design in this way to show large name menu items .
In the smaller view, its shows the icon . Not sure the issue on your site for the icons .
Could u put the site live , So that i can take a look on your site ?
