Using JA Header on http://www.annuity-advisor.co.uk – and have used on other sites which have same error – if a user does not have Flash Installed a blank space is shown – not the first rotating image or anything else – is there a fix for this ?

Hi manicmonday !
JA Header module have 2 option for display , display is flash and display use javascript , If you choose display is flash, header is same flash so you must install flash player for it run. I think that it’s best if you select display use javascript option.

Thanks for that – I know – but the JS version does not work at all on MY pc or a few of my clients in house – so they are not happy to use the JS version – so want to use the flash version – I just think that there should be an alternative ‘fixed’ image if flash is not installed – and wanted to know if this is a default available.

You must have a picture named a.jpg in header folder and problem is fixed.

I’m sorry guys,
That’s not working for me. I still have a blank space. Flash is loaded on system. Also Timer is not working in js mode- as it defaults to 5seconds. I’d really like this to work…
