I am receiving complaints from iPhone users trying to view this site. The page is all jumbled with images stacked in confusing chaos! The site displays fine on iPhone when the desktop version is called.

If there is no quick fix for the iPhone template, Is it possible to force iPhone to open desktop version as default? People are trying to buy tickets online now and the Events Menu on the right side does not show at all on the iPhone version.

Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated; this 4-day festival opens tomorrow.

JA Events is based on an older JAT3v2 framework that is not responsive like New T3.
To get the same view in iPhone kindly open template style JA Event> Options > Profile > Layout > Iphone > set it to default http://prntscr.com/fc6eo0
Save changes > clear cache and check.
