I haven’t used the template, but inspecting the source on the demo site reveals that the "lorem’ text is inside a div with CSS class "module-intro". So, from the back-end, go to the Extensions menu and select the Modules sub-menu item. In the resulting screen search for a module named "Intro" and click to edit.
