Does it mean after the year is over i cant register new domains?

Or can I register domains forever like a wild rabbit?

Dear metamar,

1 Year Developer membership means, access to JAEC and unlimited domain registrations for your sites running JA templates. Enterprise extensions (JobBoard / JA Voice) are not included.
After 1 year, you wont have access to support/ forums / downloads or your domain manager page, until your renew it, renewal comes with 30 % off ( i think).
